We were pleased that the hotel accommodated our request for a room with a fridge and microwave. The breakfast deal was good and the staff, especially the manager, Carlos, was helpful during our stay. Although the hotel is located in an awful neighborhood, we felt fairly safe and there were many taxis and police officers at the entrance.
Nothing could have been better.

This has been one of the best hotels I've been to in a long time. Its location is so awesome that I spent half my first morning trying to decide where to go first as everything was in walking range. Staff was friendly and always helpful, i really enjoyed my stay in Hotel Benidorm and definitely recommend it to my friends and everyone who visits Panama City.

The food here was great and the rooms were cozy. Honestly, we couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. Plus, it’s right in front of the airport ✈️.

Mi wife made the reservation at Hotel Benidorm in a hurry and we where a little bit concerned regarding our choice. As soon as we entered the Hotel Benidorms Lobby I told her: "baby, everything is gonna be allright" and so it was... excellent location, great service, clean and comfortable rooms and friendly service. We loved our vacation time, we will be back in Panama and we will definitely come back to Hotel Benidorm

Good location and very nice lady at the reception (during the day) who helped us with tours, info, hints, etc...
Rude staff during the night and they charged us a whole night for arriving at 5am without a reservation for that night but the following 2. Could be half night only. Expensive for what it offers.

This hotel is conveniently located in an area with lots of amenities, including a supermarket, restaurants, and even a police station. the rooms have strong showers, working AC, and clean linen. the hotel staff is friendly, daily cleaning, and free ice on every floor are provided. Breakfast is available for an additional fee. Overall the hotel offers a good value considering the reasonable rates.
The hotel may not be suitable for people who value fancy accommodations.

I liked the price. Period. They did offer a free hearty breakfast in conjunction with restaurant next door.
Room had sour smell and looked out on a flashing neon sign across the street that read "fiesta", which is a seedy casino. It reminded me of an old 1950s movie I'd seen once. Prostitutes and lowlifes loitered about the parking lot of the casino and were present down most sidestreets, which were strewn with garbage and soiled undergarments. (No, I am not making this up)

Two things that I found nice were the spacious rooms and comfy beds. The hotel is located in a decent area with some restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The cleanliness could use some improvement. The bathroom was not up to standards and had a funky smell.

Convenient Location, Good Internet the hotel was in a convenient location with many facilities nearby and easy access to public transportation. the internet was reliable and easy to connect to. the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast, which was a nice touch.
Run-Down Rooms, Bad Customer Service the rooms were run-down and in desperate need of renovation. the customer service was also lacking, with staff being unhelpful and impolite.
